Delete your account & data — The Atrium
You can delete your The Atrium account and the data associated with it (your email and account identifier held by the mNemo sign-in service, and any RUPURT chat history retained server-side) at any time, using either method below.
Option 1 — Delete in the app
- Open The Atrium and sign in.
- Go to Settings → Account → Delete account.
- Confirm. Your mNemo account is revoked immediately and its server-side data is queued for deletion.
Option 2 — Request deletion without the app
Email privacy@mnemoautomation.com with the subject "Delete my The Atrium account." Send it from the email address associated with your account if you can; if you no longer have access to that address, email us anyway and include enough detail for us to identify your account (the email you signed up with, and the home/site it was provisioned for) so we can verify you another way. We will verify and delete your account data and confirm by reply, typically within 30 days.
What is deleted, and what was never collected
- Deleted: your email address and account identifier held by the mNemo sign-in service, and any RUPURT chat text retained server-side for your account.
- On your own devices: uninstalling the app removes its on-device settings (your Home Assistant address and access token, stored only on your device).
- On your own home server: your home's data (cameras, status, controls, wellness) lives on your own Home Assistant server and is never sent to mNemo — revoke the app's access token there to cut it off entirely.
